Digital Painting – Lavanya

Due to all the techy things I have been doing this week, I felt I need to practice a bit on my painting skills – albeit digital.

Lavanya - An Indian Village Belle

Almost two hours were spent on this work and the tools used where GIMP and Inkscape. GIMP was used for the major part of the work; Inkscape was used for the background and letterings.

    This may be random, but while doing research for our charity golf outing in September I came across your digital artwork you had created of a worm you made for an online friend. I was wondering if it is possible, with your written permission, to use that image. If not, would it be possible for you to create one similar to it for us. I know you are busy so any response is greatly appreciated.
