Well, billie jo, it would be more in the cel-styled shading than a painting. Homer Simpson is a trademarked (or at least copyrighted) character - but in terms of tutorial (as part of study), I guess I can do one. So, do peek in again or subscribe to the feeds - I would do one soon.
